When old roles fade, space opens up for new ways of thinking — about yourself, your strengths, and what you can offer beyond the field.
And suddenly, the questions arise:
Who am I without it?
What defines my worth?
One thing helped me the most in the beginning — starting to see myself not as a former athlete, but as someone who still has something valuable to offer, just in a different role.

But it takes discipline. Discipline isn't about being strict — it's about being responsible to yourself. Instead of training, it's meetings, preparation, recovery, and time with family.
I want to show you what rhythm means to me — not just behind the drums, but in life and in leadership.
I've always believed in the team — and that success is a shared effort. I tried to be the one who held the team together in tough moments. After my career ended, I realized this approach carries over beyond sport.
Today, I see success as the ability to create an environment where others can grow. To inspire, to listen, to share experiences. For me, success was never measured by the number of trophies — but by what I leave behind in people.
