How billing and credits work

Start with a free trial
After creating your account you get a 7-day trial (or 15 credits — whichever runs out first). To activate the trial, a payment card is required. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

Beta Starter subscription
Once the trial ends, your subscription automatically moves to the Beta Starter plan — a recurring monthly membership valid for 30 days. It renews automatically each period. You can find full details about what's included on the Plans page.

Top-up if you run out of credits
If your credits run out before the end of your current period, you can purchase a top-up at any time. Top-up credits are valid until the end of the following billing period.
